Over the years we have found many of our clients have asked us for the details of builders to carry out their building work.
Because we are in the construction business we know builders will find it convenient to work with clients who live in a particular area and want certain types of work carrying out at a certain time.
We have set this page up on our web site to help connect clients with builders who might have a preference for that particular job.
If you have had plans drawn elsewhere you are still able to advertise on this page for a small charge.
All we ask builders to do is that if the building project is favourable to you to pass some kind of benefit onto the client.
We would advise clients to carry the usual checks on builders. See our Choosing a Builder page. Reputable builders will have no problem with you doing this!
Building Plans Ltd are happy to undertake Project Management for Private, Business Clients and Builders.
Builders should review the listings and contact us if there is a building project they wish to offer their services for.
We will send out a maximum of 10 sets of drawings to prospective builders.
